Gina Gibson is the founder of Think Forward and a trusted partner for leaders who want a clearer, calmer way to navigate IT and CX decisions. Her career spans from hands on service roles to leading global initiatives, giving her a ground up understanding of how technology impacts every layer of an organization from frontline agents to the executive team.

She launched Think Forward to take the weight of vendor research and evaluation off internal teams. Gina combines structured discovery, market insight, and deep delivery experience to guide organizations through selecting and implementing solutions across cloud communications, customer experience platforms, AI, collaboration, security, infrastructure, and other critical IT categories.
